Digital preservation policy

Each issue in Eirene Estudios de Paz y Conflictos, when published, is preserved through the PKP Preservation Network, an initiative that maintains copies of the content of scientific journals throughout the world, to be released in case the Editorial Eirene Estudios de Paz y Conflictos cannot continue disseminating its content online. In the same way, the preservation of your digital files (PDF) is encouraged by means of storage on hard drives with the aim of preserving them, in case of any inconvenience or failure in the system.

In addition, the LOCKSS system has been configured as a means to create a file that can be distributed among the libraries or digital repositories, which create a backup that allows the articles to be harvested in case their restoration is necessary.
