Restorational practices in police area

This paper aims to publicize experiences of restorative practices such as circles and
restorative meetings in the police field. Given the phenomenon of violence and crime perpetrated by
minors and young adults, a reflection of the society in which we live, a different action by the police
is urgently needed, as a measure of promotion and integral development of young people with the
objective of promoting their social and professional insertion, through restorative practices and the
promotion of resilience.
