Type of conflict message in catholic college students
Keywords:
teenagers, communication, ConflictAbstract
The Present study has to identify the significant differences in the managing of the message in teenagers
Saltillenses who study secondary in a catholic college. Following a quantitative approach, the scale
took for teenagers of the Conflictalk in the Spanish version adapted of Garaigordobil and Dull (2011)
that the message divides before the conflict in three factors: cooperative, aggressive and passive.
The type of sampling used for the raising of the information was not probabilistic of intentional. The
method of compilation of information was by a survey appliedto 105 students. The information was
emptied in the statistical program SPSS version 22. The results showed that the communication style
in the conflict that adolescents sometimes select is the cooperative, almost never the passive and never
the aggressive. Therefore, analysis of frequencies indicates that the students of the selected Catholic
school opt for non-aggressiveness in the face of conflict, possibly religious or spiritual education
influences the desertion of aggression and places in a game of indecision in the cooperative and
avoidant style However, a deeper analysis will be necessary.
